To sign up for the CCCC/CDA and to get the Scholarship you must first have an Ece-Tris account. If you don't have a personal Ece-Tris account you can signup for one by going to open hyperlink. Near the bottom of the page, on the right, next to the login box you will see a box for NEW ACCOUNT REQUEST click on the orange button to request an account. Once you have created your account, Login and go to the Home Page. Near the bottom of the page Click on Scholarship Application.

Steps to follow:

Contact your Professional Development Coach so they can give you access to the Application Area in ECE-TRIS.

Log into your personal TRIS account

From the Home page, scroll down and click on “Scholarship Request Applications”

Ignore all fields under Scholarship Request Search and click on the orange button “Submit Scholarship Application”

Your personal information will be pre-populated. Check that all information is accurate and any information left blank with a red asterisk will need to be filled in.

Click on the magnifying glass next to “Name of Director” and choose the person that will verify your employment

Answer Yes: you work at least 20 hours or more at your program

Under “Scholarship Request Type” choose “NCS CCCC”

Choose your sponsoring training agency. (Child Care Training Center) This is the agency you are taking your classes with.

Answer the next three questions

Choose your PD Counselor in your region

Scroll down and click on the Green tab “Submit for Employer Approval”

Notify your director or person you chose to verify your employment who will receive an email with a link to sign your application.

Once your director finishes this final step, you will be contacted.
