This training is designed for both novice and experienced providers who care for infants and/or young toddlers. In light of current research pointing to the importance of the first three years of development. Quality childcare programs recognize that such care is much more than just custodial care. This lesson will help you develop a plan for the care and education of infants and toddlers. Supporting development in all domains to assist children in exploring their environment and interacting with people and things. Mastering both fine and large motor skills are important for children’s growth and independence.
